BANQUETS

Shaw’s Restaurant features American and Global cuisine with a reputation for aged in-house steaks and fresh seafood.

We change our menus to reflect the seasons and Shaw’s strives to use local produce when available.
An extensive wine list and cocktails are available 7 days a week.

Attached are menu selections. All items are made from scratch and made in-house. Special dietary considerations can be accommodated. We will be happy to assist you in creating a custom menu that will make your event memorable and successful.

Shaw’s Banquet Policies

  1. Parties of up to twenty people may order off our regular menu Monday through Thursday. On weekends, menu will be limited to three choices.

  2. Parties of more than twenty will have a limited menu (up to three choices).

  3. Parties of more than thirty will have menu limited to one entrée.

  4. Parties of 40 (25 at lunch) or more may be served a buffet.

  5. Menu selections must be made at least 3 weeks prior to event.

  6. A final guest count is required three days prior to event. This will be the minimum amount charged.

  7. All groups will be charged 20% gratuity and 6.50% sales tax (unless you have tax exempt status) in addition to listed prices.

  8. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking any private room. For Weddings, an additional deposit within two weeks of event approximating 50% of expected food total will be required.

  9. There is a $300 food minimum required to book a Banquet room.

  10. A room fee will be charged for all groups.

    3. The A and B Rooms (lower level)-$75 per room. Each room holds up to 48 guests.

  11. Unless otherwise arranged, payment in full (less deposit) is required at the end of all functions.

  12. We do not allow separate checks for parties of 20 or more.

  13. Guests may bring in their own cake. A fee will apply for serving.

  14. All food is property of Shaw’s and may not be removed from premise.

  15. Guests may bring in centerpieces and/or decorations. No confetti allowed. Nothing may be hung on the wallpaper.

  16. For Pharmaceutical groups, in lieu of guaranteed final count, a $100. room charge will apply.

  17. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express as forms of payment. We do not accept checks!

The Gold Room: On the second floor and accommodates up to 20 guests
The Fitzgerald Room: On the ground floor and accommodates up to 50 guests
The A and B Rooms: On the lower level accommodates up to 48 guests per room.
