SHAW'S POLICIES
Shaw's
Restaurant & Inn is a family-run independent
property where every guest reservation is both important
and special to us.

Prepayment is required for all hotel stays on
any day of the week.

A
valid credit card is required to reserve a room,
even when paying cash or by gift certificate. If you
request to change a prepaid credit card payment to a
different card, a 4% charge of your room rate will
be added on to your bill for the amount.

Cancellation Policy for The Inn For Sunday-Thursday
Night Stays: If your travel plans change and you
must cancel your reservation, please call us at
least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel
your reservation. In the event that you must cancel
with less than 48 hours notice, shorten your stay or
check out early, please understand that we must ask
you to take responsibility for your entire
reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full
refund will be made.

Cancellation Policy for The Inn For Friday &
Saturday Night Stays: If your travel plans
change and you must cancel your reservation, please
call us at least 15 days prior to your arrival date
to cancel your reservation. In the event that you
must cancel with less than 15 days notice, shorten
your stay or check out early, please understand that
we must ask you to take responsibility for your
entire reservation. It is non-refundable.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:59 PM. If arriving
outside of check-in times, please let us know in the
special request box (on our reservation system) or
call us.

Check-out: 12:00 PM.

Absolutely No Smoking inside the entire
facility, including all hotel rooms; however
designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No
Pets are allowed.

Damages to the hotel room or missing room items
will be charged to your credit card on file. Any
evidence of smoking in the room and you will be
charged an additional $200.00 or more,
automatically.

Shaw's reserves the right to revoke or deny a
reservation based on the guests past behavior.

Rates/policies are subject to change at anytime.

Shaw's is not responsible for any lost items.
Gift
Certificates Policy:

Shaw’s
issued Gift Cards are redeemable for the restaurant,
hotel or for cooking classes.

Gift
certificates are transferable and do not
expire.

Gift
certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or
refunded.

Shaw’s
gift cards can be purchased over the phone or in
person at our location..
Shaw's
Privacy Policies:
We respect and are committed to protecting the privacy
of each and every guest. Shaw's Restaurant & Inn will
not sell, rent or share any information that our Hotel
Reservation System or Shaw's Staff may collect.
This includes all Credit Card information, email
addresses, and any personal information, such as phone
numbers or addresses. We also automatically receive and
record information on our server logs from your
browser. We only use this information to track how
guests find us and would never be shared, rented or
sold.
Shaw's
Security Policy:
Shaw's Inn DOES NOT sell, rent or trade your personal
information collected on our website to third parties
for commercial or marketing purposes. Information
exchanged with any address beginning with /https is
encrypted using SSL before transmission so that it
cannot be stolen or read over the internet.
